Adding Product Types

 

1. Go to the Setup Menu and select, Control Lists and then Product Types.

2. Click on the Add button.

3. Type in the Description such as Door Closer or Mortise Cylinder.

4. If the product type is operated by keys, such as Mortise Cylinder, check the Cylinder Product option.

5. Click the Save button to store the record.

Adding Products

 

1. Click the Products icon on the main Button Bar.

2. Click on the Add button.

3. Type in the product's information.

4. If the product is operated by keys, assign it a Product Type that is marked as a Cylinder Product.

5. Click the Save button to store the record.

 

How do I Mass Assign Products to Doors?

 

 

Adding Hardware Groups

 

1. Click the Hardware Groups icon on the main Button Bar.

2. Click on the Add button.

3. Type in at least a Description and click the Save button.

4. To add Products, click the Open Folder button on the Products list.

5. Click the Add button.

6. Click the Binoculars button on the Product field.

7. Look up and select the product to add.

8. Click the Accept button.

9. Click the Save button.

10. Repeat steps 5 through 9 to add additional products.
